A world first for Valrhona. Valrhona claim to have created a new type of chocolate. Not milk, dark or white but ‘Blond’. The new Dulcey bar is a 32% cocoa content chocolate with very sweet, biscuit, fudge and malted flavours, unlike any other chocolate.
