Bonnat, Haiti, 75% dark chocolate bar

A mellow, dark chocolate bar from Bonnat providing notes of violet and walnut. Low acidity but surprisingly sweet for a 75% dark chocolate. The Haiti offers a very low roast and again mild flavour for a 75% bar. Easy eating and suited to most tastes.
