A powerfully aromatic dark chocolate from Marou made with fine flavour, Trinitario cocoa beans from the hills of Ba Ria province in Vietnam. Exceptionally high fruit notes, acidity and full flavour. Surprisingly sweet for a 76% dark chocolate.
